Easy Returns

Not happy with your purchase? No problem! Shoot us a message and wait for the approval. You can return most items purchased online as long as you meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of the order date;
  • Items must be purchased brand new from fiskeangling.com.au with proof of purchase;
  • The item is not a customised or personalised product;
  • The product is not part of any clearance (including open box sales);
  • Items must be unworn with the original tags still attached – we are unable to accept returns with dirty marks or wear damage.
Doesn’t Fit? Don’t Stress!

We understand buying online can be risky so we offer free size exchanges (including free shipping). You can exchange most items purchased online as long as you meet the following conditions:

Requesting Return or Exchange

Please contact our team via email or live chat and we will happily initiate a return for you; just provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • Details of the item you wish to return;
  • Photos of the attached tags;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Replacement size (or preferred refund method).

That’s it! Simply wait for your return slip and you’re good to go. Please DO NOT send back packages before receiving your authorised return slip. All customer sent packages MUST be sent with a tracking number; we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages.

Shipping Responsibilities

  • Exchanges: Fiske Angling is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind/Returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Repairs (Under Warranty): Fiske Angling is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Repairs (Outside Warranty): The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please Note: The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs that relate to products that void the above terms (eg. product is visibly worn or used).
