We offer a limited warranty on all of our products sold on Fiske Angling. Products assessed as having a minor fault will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to you within a reasonable time. We offer a refund or replacement if the product is assessed as having a major failure.

All products listed on fiskeangling.com.au have a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase (unless specified). Please contact us for any product faults after 30 days and we will evaluate your situation. You can also check the remaining warranty periods by logging into your account.

In some cases, a refund, replacement, or repair may not be offered if:

  • Customer substantially modify the product; or
  • Customer misuses the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels; or
  • There are visible signs of abuse of the product or above usual wear.

For products outside of their warranty period, we may offer a repair service. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the repairs and delivery to and from our facilities.

Requesting Warranty or Repairs 

Please contact our team via email or live chat and we will happily initiate a return for you; just provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • Details of the item you wish to return;
  • Photos of the defects;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Replacement size (or prefered refund method).

That’s it! Simply wait for your return slip and you’re good to go. Please DO NOT send back packages before receiving your authorised return slip. All customer sent packages MUST be sent with a tracking number; we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages.

Shipping Responsibilities

  • Outside Warranty: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Under Warranty:: Fiske Angling is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please Note: The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs that relate to products that void the above terms (eg. product is not approved for warranty).

Australian Consumer Law:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
